Tuomarimuutos (pe 13.1.)

Tino Pehar on joutunut perumaan tulonsa näyttelyyn - hänelle merkityt rodut arvostelee Markku Kipinä.

Mikäli haluat tästä tuomarimuutoksesta johtuen peruuttaa koirasi osallistumisen, toimi seuraavasti:

• Vaihtoehto 1: Lähetä ennen rotusi arvostelun alkua (lähetysaika!) tekstiviesti "PERUUTUS + koiran rotu + näyttelynro" numeroon 044-326 4110 ja postita asianmukaisesti täytetty peruutuskirje heti näyttelyn jälkeen.
• Vaihtoehto 2: Peru koiran osallistuminen näyttelypaikalla näyttelyn toimistossa ennen rodun arvostelun alkua.
• Vaihtoehto 3: Lähetä ennen rotusi arvostelun alkua (lähetysaika!) sähköpostia osoitteeseen tamminayttely (at) kajaani.net otsikolla "Kajaani tuomarinmuutos peruutus". Ilmoita viestissä peruutustiedot (= tiedot joita kysytään aikataulukirjeen mukana olleessa peruutus-lomakkeessa). Muista laittaa viestiin myös tilinumerosi maksun palautusta varten.

Aikataulukirjeen takasivulta löytyy täytettävä lipuke joka tulee liittää peruutukseen. Lähetä peruutus suoraan näyttelyn rahastohoitajalle (osoite aikataulukirjeessä).

Näyttelysääntöjen mukaan tuomarimuutoksesta johtuva peruutus on oltava tehty ennen arvostelun alkua jotta se oikeuttaa ilmoittautumismaksun palautukseen!

 

Change of judge (Fri 13.1.)

Tino Pehar has had to cancel his visit to Kajaani; all breeds assigned to him will be judged by Mr. Markku Kipinä.

If you wish to cancel your entry due to this change, do this:

• Alternative 1: Before the judging of your breed begins send a text message "CANCEL + breed of dog + dog's number" to +358-44-326 4110 , then fill in the form in the letter sent to you and mail it immediately after the show.
• Alternative 2: Go to the show office before the judging of your breed begins and inform the office.
• Alternative 3: Bedore the judging of your breed begins, send an email to tamminayttely (at) kajaani.net with the heading "Kajaani entry canceling". In the message give all the information asked in the form (in the letter sent to you) and also include your account information.

The form on the last page of the letter must be attached. Also the mailing address can be found in the letter.

Remember that if you wish to cancel due to a change of judge, you must do it before the judging of the breed begins -- otherwise you are not entitled to a refund of the entry fee!
